Thank you for your interest in our services. We are now offering the option of a video consultation. Although there is no replacement for a face-to-face discussion, we look at video consultation as an opportunity to learn about you and your concerns and for you as an opportunity to learn about us and various treatment options that might suit your needs.

What can you expect?
- After confirming a suitable time for the video consultation, we will send you a link to complete a secure online consultation form and, if required, send us appropriate photographs using a format that ensures end-to-end encryption.
- After completion of the online consultation form, one of our friendly staff will conduct a preliminary discussion with you.
- At the scheduled time, our doctor will proceed to conduct the video-consultation using a secure format. We currently use our corporate Google Meet account for this discussion.
- After the video-consultation, our doctor will develop a customized treatment plan which will be send to electronically.
- Our staff will then follow up with you to discuss the next steps.
Note: For patients below 16 years old, please ensure you have a parent or guardian (who must be at least 21 years old) present with you during the video consultation. A valid ID of the guardian has be to shown to the doctor before the start of the consultation.
