Allergan has announced the launch of Juvéderm® VOLIFT® with Lidocaine, the latest addition to the Juvéderm range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers now available in Singapore. Designed for facial treatment and contouring of deep skin depressions such as nasolabial folds, Juvéderm VOLIFT with Lidocaine provides a new treatment option estimated to deliver smooth, long-lasting results for up to 15 months.
Over time, the cheeks, chin and jawline area can be impacted by the natural ageing process: a loss of volume or definition, and the appearance of ‘static’ wrinkles such as deeper nasolabial folds are among the key ageing concerns. Juvéderm VOLIFT with Lidocaine is designed to smooth deep wrinkles for a refreshed look, as well as gently restoring natural-looking contours in the lower face.
This new addition to Allergan’s next-generation dermal filler range has been developed using VYCROSS™ technology, which uses an innovative combination of low and high molecular weight HA to improve the cross-linking efficiency of HA chains. This more effective cross-linking allows for a lower concentration of HA to be used, delivering an ultra-smooth gel for a natural look and feel, minimal swelling and bruising, as well as improved duration.
‘Juvéderm VOLIFT with Lidocaine provides a versatile treatment option for patients who are looking for a discreet, natural look with minimal swelling and long-lasting results. In Singapore, Dr. Sylvia Ramirez of Cutis Medical Laser Clinics, a medical skin and aesthetic clinic, was part of the expert panel evaluating Juvéderm VOLIFT.
‘The smooth and easy injection allows for excellent control when contouring the face, providing even distribution under the skin for a natural look and feel, she says.
One of the key barriers to a cosmetic injectable treatment is the fear of an unnatural look – a fear that can be put to rest with Juvéderm VOLIFT.
