7 Beautiful Ways to Rejuvenate Your Mind and Skin Naturally

Mr. Webster defines “rejuvenate” as “to make young or youthful again”. While we often think of rejuvenation as something of a cure – and something a skin care specialist does to our skin – feeling young or youthful can in fact start from within, and radiate not just from our core but from our skin as well!

1. Breathe
