Juvederm® VOLITE ?

Juvederm® VOLITE is an FDA-cleared injectable treatment that delivers hyaluronic acid (HA) directly into the dermis layer. HA is a naturally occurring substance in our skin that attracts water to hydrate our skin and improve its elasticity.

Over time, Juvederm® VOLITE improves the hydration of the skin reducing fine lines, plumping out crepey skin texture and giving you a youthful glow.

It also provides additional benefit of stimulating collagen production which leads to an improvement in overall skin quality. Juvederm® VOLITE can be used to treat the face, neck, hands and décolletage.

After assessing your skin, our doctor will make multiple injections across the treated areas using a very fine needle.

Treatment results may take up to 10 days to be visible. Once the results kick in, patients have reported that their skin is firmer, more radiants and hydrated.

According to clinical studies, Juvederm® VOLITE is proven to reduce fine lines and improve skin hydration and elasticity for at least 9 months with only 1 treatment.

As with any injection, the level of discomfort varies between individuals. In Cutis Medical Laser Clinics, we apply topical numbing cream on the area before the procedure to make it more comfortable for our patients. Furthermore, Juvederm® VOLITE formulation includes the anaesthetic Lidocaine to help reduce discomfort.

As with any injection, there is a chance of bruising, which will take a few days to a week to resolve. We typically advise our patients to avoid taking fish oil, Vitamin E supplements or any anti-inflammatory medication at least two weeks before the procedure to reduce the risk of bruising.

Juvederm® VOLITE is suitable for individuals who have dry and mature skin. It’s also suitable for those who have skin that is oily on the surface but dehydrated underneath.

Juvederm® VOLITE can also be used for patients who have undergone laser and/or heat generating procedures that dehydrate the skin. It can also be for anyone who wish to maintain their skin quality and enhance general skin health.
